Do You Take Insurance?

We do not accept insurance. However, If you would still like to work with your insurance, call your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement. Your insurance may provide some out-of-network reimbursement or benefit.

To help, we can provide a superbill (paid invoice receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Can I Still Work With My Insurance?

We can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. It’s your responsibility to assess your benefits and submit for any reimbursement but we are happy to help if we can support our clients in getting that reimbursement.

How Do I Discover What My Insurance Will Cover?

To find out what your insurance may cover, contact your insurance and ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage. Write down some questions you’ll need to ask them before you call. Here are some great questions to start you off:

  • What is your deductible?
  • What your co-insurance payment is?
  • How many visits do you get each year?
  • If you need any authorization for your visits
  • Details on how to submit a superbill specifically what they require on that superbill. Let us know these details before we prepare your superbill.


Therapy Session Fees

  • $100-$175 (50 minutes individual) - varies per therapist
  • $125-$200 (50 minutes couples) - varies per therapist

Consulting Fees

  • Varies depending on the project

Training & Speaking Fees

  • $450 / hour
  • Rates may be negotiable based on need / nonprofit status
  • Rates may be negotiated based on multiple trainings requested

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

To cancel a scheduled therapy session, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. If prior and timely notification is not given, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed session.
